Athletes can try out the Wednesday night training sessions for 3 weeks after which, to continue training and to compete for the club, they must join as a club member. There is currently no waiting list.

If you would like to join the club, please print out the form below, and hand it in at the Club Desk before the Wednesday night training session.

All junior members pay a single monthly fee by standing order to cover Wednesday night training costs and club membership fees. Senior athletes requiring Wednesday night access pay a reduced monthly fee. For new members paying monthly, there is a £20 joining fee.

Annual membership fees are payable on joining, and then annually on 1st Decemmber each year for the year ahead.

After you join Livingston & District AAC, if this is the first time you have joined an athletics club and you are under 21, you will get 1 year's free membership with Scottish Athletics and will receive your Scottish Athletics membership number through the post. The club membership secretary will have applied for this for you.

Scottish Athletics membership is compulsory to compete in many of the leagues we participate in, and is also a necessity for competing in district and national championships. Another advantage of Scottish Athletics membership is discounted entry fees at some meetings.

It is important that you renew your membership on a yearly basis, otherwise any points you gain for us when competing in league meetings will be lost.

Scottish Athletics will send a renewal reminder in the post each year. You will need to renew directly with Scottish Athletics, not through Livingston & District AAC.
